The 24-hour promise
Every genuine project brief gets a substantive written reply within 24 clock hours of reaching our inbox. An automatic acknowledgement does not count. If the brief is complete, the reply includes a fixed price and delivery date. If details are missing, it includes the specific questions needed to quote.
If we miss
If we miss the 24-hour reply window, the GattyWorks website or audit fee for your first eligible project is refunded 100%. If you paid in stages, we refund every GattyWorks fee already paid and cancel the unpaid stages. If no fee has been paid yet, the guarantee is recorded on the email thread and applies when that first eligible project is booked.
How time is counted
The clock starts when a genuine brief reaches hello@gattyworks.com and runs through weekends and Indian public holidays. Delivery clocks are separate and start only under the conditions in our terms.
Eligibility
The promise covers your first paid GattyWorks website or software audit. Spam, abusive messages, job applications, sales pitches, duplicate messages, and requests for illegal work are not project briefs. The guarantee is about our reply time, not whether we accept a project.
Cancellations
Before work starts, we refund the unused GattyWorks fee. After work starts, the client pays for completed milestones and any approved, non-cancellable third-party cost; we refund the unused balance. A signed quote may set a different cancellation schedule for reserved sprint capacity or custom work. This does not reduce any cancellation or refund right that applicable law makes mandatory.
What is not included
The 24-hour guarantee covers GattyWorks website or audit fees. It does not cover domains, hosting, paid APIs, licences, stock assets, taxes, currency conversion, or other third-party charges that were disclosed before purchase.
How refunds are paid
Reply to the project email or write to hello@gattyworks.com. We approve an eligible guarantee refund without an escalation process and send it to the original payment method within seven days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display it.
